STRATEGY

Competitive Analysis - In order to effectively set diversity objectives, it is critical to understand the competitive landscape.  A Competitive Analysis assesses diversity practices at the firm relative to the external competitive landscape.  This analysis can include external benchmarks and an assessment of diversity strategy, operations and measurement.      

Diversity Management Plan – This plan provides recommendations for the calendar year regarding diversity strategy, operations and measurement.  Recommendations can be developed based on evaluation of historical programs, metrics, and survey results relative to external best practices.

MEASUREMENT

Diversity Dashboard – This dashboard can be used to quantitatively measure success against diversity objectives.  The Dashboard includes diversity outcome metrics over time, external benchmarks and internal benchmarks.     

Diversity Survey – The survey measures the firm’s relationship with employees and their assessment of key drivers of diversity.  The survey includes modules to measure drivers of recruitment, retention and advancement, key relationships, and the effectiveness of programs.  
IMPLEMENTATION

Diagnostic Interviews – Interviews can be conducted in order to develop hypotheses regarding diversity problems to solve by implementing initiatives.  Typically, interviews are conducted with members of the Diversity Committee in order to ensure a broad representation of the population. 

Diversity Retreat – The retreat is typically developed for diverse employees at a firm.  Planning services can be provided in the areas of program development, session development, speaker sourcing, case development, presentation development and feedback survey development.  

COMMUNICATIONS

Diversity Annual Report – An annual report can be used to communicate diversity progress to relevant parties including clients, potential recruits and internal employees.  Support is provided in identifying objectives, developing content areas, and writing copy with a focus on metrics.

Strategy Presentations – In order to advance diversity, a business case is essential.  External benchmarks and internal diversity and survey data can be leveraged to assist with the development of diversity strategy presentations which can be used in strategic discussions with firm management.
